Database Logics

Well its been a busy few weeks and I haven't had the chance to post on here as much as I would like. We have a new front page set up, with a new banner which I'm pretty happy about, ties the page together a little better:

I also have been working on the new style sheet that III has given us. I like the layout much better and have added a couple of effects that are nice and not too intrusive. For example on the bib page there are now reflections on all the images. I have also added a sliding bar for the librarything additions, cleans up the page I think. You can see that here:

Otherwise I have been doing the daily chores, fixing things that break, doing database renewals, so forth and so on. Ill be happier in a couple of days, though, when I'm on my six week vacation.

This is a bizarre article and one I'm not actually surprised about. I just love this line:

Only in the US could a bunch of right wing bloggers dictate how a company advertises. I'm sure D&D is the biggest supporter of terrorism ever.../sarcasm. I think its sad and pathetic that D&D pulled the article because a bunch of right wing "experts" on terrorism decided that they now support Palestine, but thats how things work in the US a small group who have nothing better to do cause a stink and companies immediately change their attitude.
