A co-worker sent me an article tonight on the future of the Emirati workforce. According to this study there will be less than 4 percent of Emiratis in the workforce in 2020. Thats a stagering number and one that should be quite alarming for those that are UAE Nationals. As of right now there are less than 8 percent of Emiratis in the workforce, meaning 92 percent of the those employed here are expats.
