Banned book week makes me happy!

Lifehacker has a good article on reading well. I think it makes some good points on making time in your day to read. I wicked disappointed that the author didn't talk about the library. You don't even need to purchase a book and often times people don't have the room to keep purchased books.

According to the Gulf News if you eat or drink in public in is considered a crime and you can be fined a maximum of 2000 dhs or spend time in jail. Apparently the UAE government does not mess around when it comes to Ramadan. According to the article a man reported the two people to the police that were drinking in a Enoc fuel station. This is interesting because I have talked to several people that say those that are not fasting should not go out of their way to hide eatting or drinking.

Wow do I dislike this woman. Not only does she not deserve to be in this race but now I read she wants to take the polar bear off the endangered species act. Good lord how can the people of Alaska vote this woman in??

Can't beat Lewiston Maine for rediculous library stuff. This has been going on for awhile now and I'm glad to see the Lewiston courts are actually making this woman return the books.
